If you supervise your money more carefully, your stress level would drop and you would not have to work so hard.

Coordinate your office and family life better: How much time do you usually waste trying to look for a file, phone number or something else? Take a look at it. Of course the stress that you go through as you enter a disorganized home after a long hard day at the office.

Vitamins, a daily habit: Take your vitamin pills regularly especially vitamin C and B complex, which can help you manage with tension better. In addition to this, supplements can help fight the damage that is being done to your physical body by the mental torment you are experiencing.

Take music treatment: Music since time immemorial has soothed the mind and the physical body. Music has a therapeutic value and relieves tension as you listen to some of your best-loved tunes during journeying or while at work, if you are allowed.

Doing breathing exercises: You could exercise these any time you like wherever you are. This is a proven treatment for relieving mental and physical stress and stress.

Grow a positive attitude: For many individuals this is one of the toughest things they will ever do. It is true that people who view things positively have lower tension levels, are happier and have negligible health problems.
